Shin can be so OP in my opinion, if Shin gets Naruto and Sasuke DNA then their MS can evolve to Rinnengan. Shin can just get the DNA of KKG or KKT to gain them.

Shin can gain any jutsu they want by that method.

Besides, Shin isn't an actual Uchiha. You need to be one, and apparently preferably closely related. The only chance of Sarada getting EMS is through a dying Sasuke handing over his eyes to her.

The scan is talking about izanagi not sure why you posted it but again the thing is they were just regular uchiha shin is a special case in the fact orochimaru explained his body could have a successful transplant with anything i agree that attempts were made and in actuality only indra transmigrants ever gained ems but with that being said sarada is supposed to be going for hokage ms as her cap is dumb she would end up blind i feel like kishi specifically let shin be special then have konoha gain a literal army of them all with ms waiting to be saradas spare

Waltz think's that if that was so that Shin's would have been swapping Sharingan's with one another to unlock the EMS but even putting that aside it obviously isn't the case as having a special body doesn't fulfill the hypothetical bridge you're proposing; though a respectable thought it's not soundly supported and thus reverts it's apex to the threshold of probability being a simple swapping of the eyes. ​

Please post the scan where it says they fuse eyes because while I have no scans to disprove it, I'm 99.9% sure that isn't true. Eye transplanting is a lot more logical than "fusing eyes"

Wowowowow, wait. No, the EMS is not a fusion of eyes. It's indeed an exchange, but the special uchiha-chakra of Sasuke's brain created his pattern on Itachi's eyes, which resulted in a mix of both patterns.

His Sharingan is probably just an imitation of the real thing, just like the rest of his physical composition. If Tobirama knew how the Sharingan came about, his admirer and Shin's creator Oro likely knew too, and probably simulated it. Even the pattern of the eye looks disingenuous compared to the real thing.

EMS is not about fusing, it's about swapping your own MS with a close relative's in a bid to gain EMS. The only fusing is of the pattern's, but nothing more.

Kakashi never had EMS, just one MS and then DMS temporarily, when Obito's soul inhabited him during the Kaguya fight.

technically he didnt, he had one MS and his chakra was enough to keep it and he was too weak to exhaust it to the point of blindness, same goes for Obito.

Once Kakashi had both of em, he lost them. So no EMS sorry.

He didn't, his PS came from Obito having Sage chakra. Indra had PS and never went blind for the same reason as Kakashi, he inherited the Sage's chakra.

By that logic Sarada doesn't need an eye transplant either because Sasuke has Rikudou chakra and she should've inherited some due to Uchiha having strong chakra genes.

No, but i think she will awaken her MS that never go blind as she has sasuke's chakra (Yin/Yang or Hago's chakra) like u know how obito spammed his MS through his whole life without going blind as he has hashirama's chakra or mokuton (yang chakra). EMS can only be awaken by siblings as there chakra blend and resonate with each other awakening a new set of eyes with both designs from Eyes of the previous owner as his power already imprinted and contained the power with in the eyes and chakra of new owner combined forms as a new pattern and the resonance is only possible as they are blood related (u know like minato and naruto's super rasengan) and hence no other uchihas were unable to do so even though they are multiple MS users in the past as they are not blood related.
