I know the manga has pulled heaps of random nonsense, but dont you only awaken the MS from killing your best friend or something like that (eg kakashi/obito and rin, sasuke and itachi)
And then the MS should weaken until you eventually go blind unless you transplant someone elses MS into your eye and get the eternal one.
So unless Sarada is going to kill cho-cho or bolt or someone, I doubt she will get MS, and if she does get MS, she would go blind unless Sasuke gives up his eyes to make sure she doesnt go blind or they use some from Shin or something.

Obito only had normal MS, but his eye sight didn't deteriorate due to the fact that he had Senju DNA. Sarada is Uchiha and Uzumaki in one blood line (and Uzumaki bodies are similar to the Senju). Therefore it is likely that she would get MS without eye sight deterioration.

Also, you don't actually have to be the one to kill the person in order to awaken MS. Obito simply witnessed Rin get killed and he awakened MS. Shisui technically committed suicide while Itachi just watched and Itachi awakened MS. Therefore, Sarada could simply see a loved one die.
