Not, at best equal. In reference to brute strength. Byakugou gives her an edge though since it's likely she'll get it. But MS Sasuke at Kage Summit is actually mid-high Kage tier atleast according to the Kages at that period. Which I actually think was the weakest group/generation of Kage.

She will need it whenever she uses ms, to instantly heal the damage that ms does to vision but she definitely has potential. For a long time I denied it, but she seems to have inherited a bit of her father too, and that makes me happy.

By the looks of it Boruto has good genes as well. And dont forget Sharingan comes from the Juubi so its borrowed as well. Boruto is not a jin.
