Itachi did this on Sasuke to pass on the Amaterasu. I remember in the

Sasuke did the hand gesture that Itachi did to him when they were kids and it might just have been that. But there is a slight possibility that it could have been the Seal.

Personally I do not think Sarada has Amaterasu at the moment but kinda hope she gets it later on in the series.
What do you think? I would love to know in the comments.
Also, I have not read the manga so I do not know if Sasuke did this in the manga but if he did I would love to know.

it would be debunked if ur bobito admitted being teh badass masked tobi and this was very important process in revealing tobi's reall ID...but sadly half of ur Bobito's brain got crushed...he had damaged memories wich allowed tobidara (madara) to controll him easily...

now i dare you...i challenge you..to bring me a Bobito manga panel where he admits to be the mastermind badass masked tobi...
