Sarada can have Sasuke's eyes or just one eye

Sasuke can yank out one eye, give it to sarada. Naruto makes another eye. That way, even Sakura can have sharingan.

Also, if sasuke took Sarada's eye, would his brain release chakra to make it a EMS or Renne sharingan?

For the second question, I dont think so as Madara shows us when he took Obito eye from Kakashi the eye still retained Obito's MS power and not turning into Madara's EMS power. So if Sasuke took Sarada's eyes, he will bring out nothing but maybe he can make this eyes evolve.

It also supported by Obito's action. He used 'another' eye for Izanagi and not his own eye. The hundreds of Uchiha eyes that he keep somewhere for his own uses. Bcus he know if he uses his own eye to cast Izanagi he will lost Kamui forever and no replaceable eye can give him Kamui.

Call me crazy, but I still kind of think that the two sets of eyes fuse when an Uchiha gains EMS (meaning that Sasuke wouldn't have any "original eyes" lying around somewhere, and that his current eyes would be a fusion of his own and Itachi's). As for how they fuse, I don't know. Perhaps the​ Uchiha have some kind of method to merge the eyes on a cellular level or something like that.

I think this because it was stated that Uchihas killed their siblings throughout history to take their eyes, but if it really is just simply transplanting (and not fusing) eyes, then why wouldn't the siblings just simply make the trade instead of killing each other? Over all, I just don't think Kishi would make it that easy to gain EMS. That is seriously way too easy!

I don't think that ability stems from his Yang seal. The only thing the seal was good for was for sealing Kaguya. Nothing more nothing less.
