-one of the physically strongest characters in the world.
(Above two due to her chakra control)
-has massive amounts of chakra - she was able to give Obito enough chakra to use Kamui multiple times to faraway dimensions.

Those are not fodder feats.Fodders are the nameless 40,000 Shinobi who died the first day of the war.

Putting lee's kid on the team would be stupid. They need someone new

It wouldnt be stupid to put lee but logic dictates it has to be new guy for story expansion.
