Sarada
The Haruno have the ability to break almost any (I assume non ocular) genjutsu, and have amazing chakra control, and huge chakra pools. The Uchiha have very strong chakra, and can awaken the Sharingan, which grants chakra sight, reading hand signs, and precognitive ability. She is a product of both Clans top Offspring. She is already the level of her mother at the time of Pains attack, and arguably stronger due to seeing chakra, and knowing when someone attacks.
Why She Can Be Stronger than Both Her Parents (Danzo Fight):
With an enormous chakra pool, strong chakra, and abundant chakra, she will never have to worry about draining, and as such can keep Sharingan active (almost like full power super saiyan). She carries Sakura's CES, but is faster and has more style to her movements. Learning Byakugou should be easy. She has her father's 3T, with a higher genjutsu ability, and has her split personality (now an official technique) to draw upon like a Susanoo. She has the potential to be EMS Sasuke level with enough development, but could easily be shaped into a Hebi Sasuke level Character.
Bolt
Born from one of the Strongest Hyuuga, and the Hero of the leaf, Boruto has an amazing chakra pool, and the control to back it up. His parents abilities don't blend as well as Sarada's but he is still formidable. He is already Base VOTE Naruto level, and probably has residual Kurama chakra. He is a prodigy, and was able to outspeed Konohamaru in taking out a bear.
Why He Has the Potential to Surpass SM Naruto:
Unless he becomes the Nine Tails Jin, it pains me to say he probably has less potential than Sarada, though I doubt that either will blatantly surpass the other. He still has the potential to utilize gentle fist, and Rasenshuriken, as well as Access SM, without the limitations of Kurama. He'll probably end up RS Naruto level in the end, if they continue with the series.
Shikadai
While his parents blend horribly, and there is literally Zero potential here, other than maybe wielding Asumas blades. Mirai has better chances of that though. Mirai also will probably overshadow Sarada in the genjutsu department, and Boruto will lose out in trying to fight Mirai because she's Mirai.
Mirai is the hero NV needs. She needs it. Because Kurenai was boss and So was Asuma. Kill em all Mirai.
