There are more Uchihas alives even though they aren't natural Uchiha to say, but there a lot of Shin in the ophanges, where Kabuto is taking good care of them.

The Original Shin doesn't have Uchiha Blood, but the Shin Clones woud have Uchiha blood due to Original Shin having the sharingan which the clone got.

Original Shin = Implanted Sharingan eye nothing else
Shin Clones = Sharingan is part of their DNA like an Uchiha

Shin is different whatever he implants it becomes part of him.

Shin Clones they can't count as Implant eyes since they are born with those eyes. The Shin Clones would have the DNA of Original Shin + the DNA of the Sharingan eye.

Shin Clones they are young and already awakened the Mangekyou sharinga and they don't suffer any side effects like Kakashi using Kamui. The Shin Clone doesn't look like they go blind or lose vision.

My best guess is that I'm the beginning the actual Uchiha clan didn't have the Sharingan and Indra shacked up with a female Uchiha had a son or daughter of his own who carried the Sharingan over to the Uchiha clan....that or an implant or COAT happened that bestowed it upon the Uchiha. I just don't know.
