Having MS doesn't instantly make you want to destroy the whole world. With all the role models and strong shinobi protecting the Leaf I really don't see anything making her turn against them.

-Itachi never did anything violent on his own accord but he followed an order and must obey it.

True, but say like the 7th Hokage is killed in front of her or a close friend or love. It's all in theory though, no need to be so serious.
