The one who will play that role is Kawaki. As of right now, the best thing that Sarada can get is the MS and perhaps her mother's seal as well.

Even when it comes to Naruto and Sasuke, they were not exactly equal either seeing how at the end Sasuke needed all Bijuu to be able
to fight Naruto (half Kurama). Now Sasuke lost the Bijuu's power, and Naruto gained the other half of Kurama. At the end, Naruto is stronger than Sasuke as well.

(Of course, from plot POV, however, there will always be something against Naruto/On Sasuke's favour, for the fight to end as a tie or perhaps even Sasuke winning. Kishi will never allow any other outcome. Still, Naruto's raw power is superior to Sasuke's)

Correct me if I'm wrong but Indra/Ashura never had kids before in their migration between the generations because that would've been somethin to add to the story or at least mention it..

Naruto & Sasuke are the first migrants of Indra & Ashura to have kids.. & IMO the dual between the two is done..

No EMS for Indra's bloodline & no more bijuu control for Ashura's bloodline it appears because the bijuu are free an the Uchiha are extincted. (At least for a couple generations)

Boruto and Sarada are not rivals. For logic sake, if Sarada becomes stronger than Boruto in the near future, Boruto doesn't necessarily need to surpass her, because they aren't enemies like how Naruto/Sasuke were pit against each other, nor do they even care about each other on that kind of level.

If you paid attention to their relationship, Sarada and Boruto are comrades/close-friends, who support each others dreams. There's a slight romance thing going on too.

Just like Madara is on par with Hashirama, but they are not exactly equal.
