as the countdown reaches 0 and Cal doesnt move i continue to stand in the same stance with a confused look on my face. I look with anticipation but don't budge for fear of a sudden attack that catches me off guard. after standing still for a while i get irritated and begin to yell to make sure you hear me as i wait.

Hey why are you sitting there not making a move when you were the one that offered to have this duel?

sshhhh!!! *takess a deep breath and exhales slowly, then opens his eyes and stands up with a smile. Takes his part one fighting stance* I am ready. *next thing you see is my fist about one inch from your face but I stop and hold it there*

 

[Wakizashi]

the moment you throw your fist i lean back on my back leg and releases a high side kick to your extended arm where it connects at your elbow. the pain from attack to your elbow will be excruciating while i do a hook sweep with the same leg thus causing you to fall to the ground after loosing your balance before i thrust my blade towards your stomach.

You're faster than most! but not faster than me!

*the moment your blade connects my body dissipates into dust* *from behind you* OY! Thats some impressive footwork! *I clap my hands and the residual dust immediately combusts into a blinding flash. You hear footsteps rushing at you behind you but feel the blow to the chest from the front. The same spot that you got hit combusts into flames*

 

[Wakizashi]

i take the hit and fall to the ground from the pulse that we are able to feel rather than death meaning that you are the victor. Confuse as i pick myself up from the ground i begin to look around for you with a puzzled look on my face, still not fully understanding what happened. i was sure i heard footstep from behind me but i get hit in the front which doesn't make any sense at all.

*many afterimages of me gather into one body* Confused? Dont worry that technique was based off of my part 3 stance. not many people have seen this technique. Heh...the faces ive seen

dre questions as he rises back to his feet, grabbing hold of his blade and sheathing it back in it's scabbard.

Yes. Clones are one of my strong points. Combined with my martial arts I can cause quite the offense. *accepts party request* You have proven yourself. I am in disbelief that I had to pull that one out to avoid losing the duel

I didn't plan on using that technique. when i noticed danger my body reacted by instinct and with that the thrill of the battle took over me and i lost control momentarily.

dre then looks up at the sky as it slowly changes into the starry night.

well what are we going to do now? it's late, now.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

I say we find a tavern to sleep in. I know of a place to the southeast *sends location to your map* we can rest there and set out tomorrow. Agreed?

 

[Wakizashi]

dre begins to head that way expecting Cal to join him.

(heading to bed)

*I take the lead and break into a full on sprint*
Cal: Come on, guy! Im gettin tired...wouldnt want to fall asleep on the street!! HHAHAHA

Cal: *Wakes up, sees Dre is still asleep so he leaves a note and goes north to a field to train*

*Braddon wonders where his party went*

*Cal continues to train, even harder* *notices braddon and jumps atop a tree to observe his behavior*

*Braddon defeats another monster, getting closer to the dungeon. He sheathes his bow and starts to heal himself. He doesn't notice Cal on the tree*

-sigh- Guess I have to go solo again... this dungeon doesn't look too easy, though...
