If I remember correctly the "Santoryu Ogi: Sanzen Sekai" was Zoro's ultimate three swords style technique during the pre- timeskip.

But during the post- timeskip when he fought the Kraken, Zoro used the same phrase "Santoryu Ogi" but this time the technique was called Rokudo no Tsuji, which would mean that has a new three swords style ultimate technique.

But given the fact that the Straw Hats have just begun their journey into the New World, don't you feel that Zoro may have revealed this technique a bit to early and should've saved this technique for some powerful opponents in the New World instead of just wasting it on cutting one of the Kraken's tentacles?

I was talking about his strongest three swords style technique, not his most powerful overall.

Ougi just means secret technique... it is very well possible he has developed new fighting techniques over the 2 years.

I don't really see what the issue is. Zoro used Sanzen Sekai for the first time against Mihawk during the Baratie arc, which was practically the beginning of OP, and it got obliterated. The second time he used it was against Oars during the Thriller Bark arc. Still everything worked out perfectly during all his fights he had before the time skip, so I don't really see a problem in Zoro using the upgraded version of the Sanzen Sekai on the Kraken.

I hope he gets an actual challenge soon lol. Though I suspect he will now that they're introducing Doflamingo's crew. Maybe he will be pitted against Baby 5? It's kinda funny because we've seen how easily Doflamingo dodges attacks like that and if
Zoro is supposed to be her equal at the moment it says alot about his strength. I honestly don't see how it's a good idea sending Luffy to face him, but it would surely be exciting since he cuts stuff with ease and it's exactly what Luffy is weak against.
Usually Luffy has faced stronger opponents but managed to find weaknesses and if they're pitted against each other it would be the opposite.
