Ice

(Hyouton: Mirābaizā) - Ice Style: Mirrored Visor
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 15 (-5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique makes use of ice's ability to create mirrored surfaces to expand the user's field of view. The user will form a visor that passes in front of their eyes and reaches slightly past the halfway point of their head on both sides, just behind the ears. The inner surface of the visor contains a series of mirrors that reflects what is behind the user to appear as an extended peripheral view, allowing them to see what is behind them. As the visor contains the user's chakra, it also acts as a filter against foreign chakra preventing techniques that require direct eye contact from taking effect. This also prevents blinding effects from things such as lightning techniques or flash-bangs, and can be made to cover the eye completely so that airborne irritants cannot reach the eyes. While the visor grants the user vision of what is behind them, since they are not accustomed to the expanded field of view this area is limited in detail, appearing slightly blurred so that fine details would go unseen such as specific hand seals or writing. Alternatively, the visor can be made to forgo the expanded field of vision and instead create lenses that improve the user's normal vision. This has the same effects as the other usage, though instead of expanding their field of view, it improves their tracking capability by doubling it. If the wearer already possesses an equally or more powerful visual enhancement, such as a dojutsu, the improved tracking is nullified.

(Hyouton: Surasshu Henkan) - Ice Style: Slush Conversion
Type: Supplementary, Defense
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: N/A (+20 to Suiton)
Description: The user will focus their hyouton chakra into an existing source of water and partially freeze it to convert it into a slushy composition. Similar to how gold sand can be used to weigh down and destroy sand techniques, this can be used to collapse enemy water techniques. If used on the user's own water techniques, rather than collapsing it, it will convert it into a water/ice combination technique that becomes empowered. When using it on the user's own water, this can be used in the same time frame as the water technique while still costing one of the user's three moves.
-Can be used on any rank of the user's own techniques
-Can only be used on enemy techniques which contain less chakra than this one.
-Can only be used a limit of 4 times a battle.

(Hyouton: Kagami no michi) - Ice Style: Mirror Road
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: After making two hand seals the user will create a frozen path in a place of their choosing, which can extend up to long range. While it is typical to create this path along surfaces, it is not restricted to that usage and can be created through the air. Holding similar properties to the demonic ice mirrors, the user can merge into this road and travel through it, moving with great speed. As the road is icy and imbued with the user's chakra, it is also difficult for others to travel on it, restricting their speed to half of their base speed.
-Cannot use other techniques while merged.
-Moves at twice the user's base speed.

(Hyouton: Sunōdōmu) - Ice Release: Snow Globes
Type: Attack
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Originally this technique was created as a means of entertainment. The Snow Globe would be crafted with ice with an internal structure so that light was reflected to create images within the ice. Skilled craftsmen could even make the light appear to move within the globe, adding to the artistry. It wasn't until later that this skill was developed into a technique to use in battle. Similar to the Ice Disk technique, this technique relies on the reflective nature of ice to concentrate light to the point where the energy becomes dangerous. Where the Ice Disk technique acts as a lense to focus the light on a target, the Snow Globes technique will reflect the light within itself using an intricate arrangement of hundreds of small ice mirrors in such a way that once light enters it becomes trapped. As more light rapidly enters the globe, the internal energy of the globe builds until it violently explodes. The user can create dozens of softball sized globes, one boulder sized globe, or something in between. These can be manifested anywhere on the field so long as the conditions permit it, but regardless of the number or size created they must be limited to a short range radius with their explosion. The user can craft the globes in such a way as to direct the explosion, preventing the attack from hurting themselves if used in short range.
-Can be used four times per battle.
-Requires a two turn cool down between uses.
-Requires sunlight to be used.

(Hyouton: Kōruzōn) - Ice Release: Frozone
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30 (-10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: To create this technique, the user will form 2 handseals and flood the environment with their ice chakra to drop the temperature significantly. The main purpose of this technique is to raise the awareness of the user. While the frozone is active the user will be able to sense warmer objects in the area. This is a crude sensory type and cannot detect small variations, only becoming able to detect something when it is at least around normal body temperature. The users ice techniques are improved while this technique is active, gaining 10 damage points and forming at twice their normal speed.
-Lasts for four turns.
-Can be used twice per battle.

(Hyouton: Aoi kōri no Jutsu) - Ice Style: Blue Ice Technique
Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: This technique molds itself after ice that has pushed out all trapped gases and imperfections that typically give it its cloudy color. By subjecting the ice to greater pressure than normal, these impurities can be removed to create a far harder and denser form of ice. Without its impurities, the ice takes on a blue coloration and its hardness is able to rival that of earth techniques, removing that weakness and allowing them to clash on equal terms. This technique can be used in a similar way as the Greater Ice Technique, allowing the user to create a wide variety of attacks or defenses such as pillars, shields, weapons, etc. With a source the constructs can be made at a mid-range, and short range with no source. Though the technique can’t be spawned within five meters of an enemy, the user can control the constructs up to a long range. Alternatively, this technique can be used to purify other ice techniques, converting them from normal ice into blue ice. These techniques are raised a rank when used on A-rank and below, or gain twenty points of damage for S-rank and above. The conversion can take place after the previous technique was released, or during the same time frame, though it costs a move regardless of its usage.
-Cannot be used on consecutive turns.
-Usable four times per match.

Weapon

(Ribaiasan) - Leviathan
Type: Weapon
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Leviathan is a two-handed war ax that was forged not in fire, but in frost. The resulting weapon has ice veins running through its wooden handle and metal head. The ax is cold to the touch and when held by someone without an affinity for ice, it can cause their hands to be frostbitten after a turn. The imbued ice affords the weapon several abilities. At will the wielder can passively recall the ax by causing a current of wind to gather around it and boomerang back to their hand. This allows the wielder to use the Leviathan as a throwing ax with ease and it can be effectively thrown up to long range away with the same speed as a kunai or shuriken. The remainder of its abilities must be used as a move in the wielder's turn, and each carry an A-rank, with the accompanying chakra cost and damage if applicable.
  • Helheim: The wielder will charge the ax with chakra and then throw it at a target, embedding the ax. The cold of the ax will then seep into the target and freeze it, halting even earth itself. This can be done to freeze a water source, or a mid-range section of earth, locking it in place and preventing its usage for earth techniques. The frozen areas will emit a light fog.
  • Wrath of the Frost Ancient: The wielder will channel chakra to the ax head and point the flat of it towards a target. They will then release a concentrated beam of ice, snow, and wind than can freeze a target solid is a matter of moments from long range away. Snow and ice will build rapidly, encasing the target in layer upon layer of the two if they don't quickly avoid it.
  • Blessing of Frost: The wielder will channel their chakra into the ice veins throughout the weapon and cause them to glow blue. While active, this allows attacks made through the Leviathan to gain a twenty damage boost. In addition to the thirty chakra points required to activate it, the blessing of frost requires ten chakra points per turn to maintain. This lasts for four turns and can be activated twice per battle, requiring a two turn cool down in between, during which time none of the axe's abilities can be used.

Summoning Animal: Ahuizotl ( | )
Scroll Owner: Krampus
Other Users who have signed this contract: None
Summoning Boss: Unknown
Other Summoning Animals tied to this contract: None
Description and Background: The Ahuizotl, or Snatcher, was a mythical creature found throughout Central and South America with features similar to canines, otters, and monkeys, three important animal types in the same region. They have a slick and mostly hairless body with black rubbery skin similar to marine mammals. The hair it did have covered its head, chest, and back and was said to form into spikes when dry. The most distinguishing feature of the Snatcher, and the one that this nickname was born from, is its long and powerful tail which is tipped by a fifth hand. In Aztec and Mayan mythology the Snatcher would lie in wait beneath the surface of dangerous waters until fishermen or others attempted to cross or venture too close, and when they did the Snatcher would use its tail-hand to grab them and pull them into a watery grave.
  1. Snatcher Tail: The greatest strength of any Snatcher, these tails are strong and flexible sharing similar properties to bodies modified by (Nan Kaizou) - Soften Modification. Snatchers can passively extend their tails up to mid-range and can extend it further to long-range at the cost of a move.
  2. Spiked Hair: When on land the hair of the Snatcher becomes spiked and hardened with C-rank strength, though the limited body coverage makes it an imperfect defense. Similar to Jiraiya, the Snatchers can crudely manipulate their hair and extend it up to short range and up to the individual summon's rank at the cost of a move.
  3. Weaponry: As the Snatchers became more civilized and developed contracts with shinobi they took to wielding weaponry with their tail-hands. Over the years they became skilled in a wide arsenal of ninja weapons.
