There's no way Sannins can even land a hit on Minato, Minato with two shadow clones can take care of it. Same goes for Tobirama.

I think it's YOU who should re-read it. Orochimaru never stated that 10 years younger Hiruzen would defeat him without RDS. He only stated that Hiruzen could finish his RDS - therefore it doesn't matter whether Hiruzen was 40 or 80, he would still have to sacrifice himself to even attempt to kill Oro.

MOREOVER, Orochimaru could've easily killed Hiruzen before he used his RDS. Orochimaru gave Hiruzen enough time to use it, since he wanted to see what that technique was.
With current knowledge P1 Oro would solo Hiruzen neg diff without even getting scratched by the Reaper.

There's no direct control over any Snake, Toad or Slug in the Sannin's arsenal. They're not bound by Sharingan. Contract Seal isn't doing shti.
3. ET is restricted. Tobirama has 0 ET feats. Tobirama probably couldn't even use revived ninjas' abilities, that's why he had to develop his own techniques while using them.

The Sannin win.

I have just checked that thread. Both versions clearly state that because of Hiruzen's crappy stamina he couldn't pull Oro's whole soul out. Then Orochimaru stated that younger Hiruzen had more stamina and with more stamina he could finish his RDS and kill him.

Anyway, nothing changes the fact that Orochimaru let Hiruzen use his RDS, because he wanted to see that technique. Now that he has info on that, [gah, he even can summon the Reaper himself], he's not getting caught by it.

I'm talking about this. The only difference between this scan and the VIZ one is that one part was supposed to be a thought of Hiruzen, not Orochimaru. But in the end, the meaning stays the same. During soul extraction Hiruzen was so low on stamina he couldn't finish his RDS. Oro stated that if Hiruzen was younger (and thereby had more stamina), he could finish his RDS.
There was nothing about Hiruzen killing Orochimaru without RDS, not matter if old or 10 years younger.
