Chibaku Tensei is the only real threat, but they can just summon Manda, Katsuyu, and Gamabunta to destroy the formation.

this ^^ (no need to say anything more), Sannin's mid diff, quality + quantity = overwhelming Pain (6 bodies but each one doing one ability can't compete with the 3 sannins) like -Ausar- said, jiraiya managed to take out 3 on his own.

jiraya alone took out 3 pains,,,,,, oro is genius .. and tsunade you know her abilities,,, oro can figure out plans ,, even if one of them hurt tsunade can heal hurt one and other covers them,, here oro even has his hands,,, without hands he fought 4 tails naruto,, so with hands he will be more dangerus.

Sannin wins with mid difficulty. Orochimaru deals with the soul ripping and resurrecting path with ease.
Tsunade takes care of the summoning path and the ninjutsu absorbing path and then activates her regeneration ability and takes care of the Mechanical guy with the help of Jiraiya.
Then the trio takes care of Yahiko and Nagato with high difficulty.
