Honestly, i'm going to lean towards the sannin.

Just like they're going to have to target the revival pain first, pain is going to have to target Tsunade.

Ehh idk, i'm basing this on whether pain would go for the medic or goes for Jaraiya first due to the frog song. If he uses the giant Shinra Tensei he's going to be hitting the other 5 as well unless animal path uses the bird for the rest to fly on or summons them somewhere else.

True, but no one ever busts out their most powerful Jutsu right off the bat. I'm leaning toward the combined efforts of the Sannin. Well, except maybe Orochimaru, Kabuto, and MS Obito.

Wrong, Pein admitted Jiraiya could solo him. Adding any other Sannin is overkill.

As former Teammates their team work should be good. Jiraiya managed to hold his own against three of them. Oro will be a great help even without ET. Tsunade can either help in the fight (should be able to one-shot any single body) or back them up with healing.

I'd say that Sanin take this though things like location, distance, intel etc would help.
