Interesting concept. From first glance , i thought the Jounins comfortably won but i am not so sure now.

Orochimaru is near immortal and as is Tsunade. Jiraiya in sage mode will eliminate the fodders and Ma and Pa will also help.

On the other hand : Ebisu is of no help. But there are some strong people on Team 2. Yugito can turn Two Tails and Bijuu Bomb. Kitsuchi had Earth Sandwich. Temari has Katamari and Wind Techniques. We have not seen much of Ao. Chojuro will provide offence, with Asuma. Kurenai's genjutsu might be useless. We do not know much of Ao.

I think the Sannin win extremely high difficulty. But i think the Jounin could win too......with extremely high diff.

That Jinchuuriki was fodderized by Kakuzu and Hidan.
And the Sannin are stronger then them.

gamabunta can take on at least a few by himself since he fought a bijuu head on.
yugito can go 2 tails on the sannin and not sure if they can stop her even with swamp of the underworld.
mountain smash takes care of the giant snakes and giant slug.
darui can defeat the swamp since its doton and hes raiton. moreover laser circus will fuk jiraiya up
does darui have the rikudo sennin weapons?
the rest arent much of a threat. kurenai can temporarily get tsunade in genjutsu so omoi can lop her head off

That Jinchuuriki was fodderized by Kakuzu and Hidan.

kakuzu mostly and he only took her attacks due to doton domu. all the jins lost to akatsukis eventually.
