Itachi defeated completely healthy Orochimaru when he was like 13 or something like that, so how can they beat him exactly? O_O
The Uchiha brothers win. Orochimaru's weakness is sharingan so he doesn't fare very well in this fight. I don't know how Jiraiya's going to avoid amaterasu. Tsunade's going to end up being taken out quickly in this fight.

Tsunade solo them all with creation rebirth j man can handle black flame rubbish . Or oro puks a thousand snake jutsu. The one he used against kuubi. And sunanoo uses a shit load of chakra can be melted broken and distroyed and don't forget the sennin have three badass surmons and bag full of jutsus. And sharingans. Tasunade can cure itachi genjutsu . Reread the manga if you know when. And last the 3 sennin were kage level the uchihas only are s-rank missing nin and organ doners. I get it if u don't. But vs threads depends on amount of fans.in the thread. And yes the amount of fanboy surfering from F.B.D.D

Orochimaru gets killed with a genjutsu again and Sasuke ends Tsunade with an amatarasu. meanwhile J-man summons and goes SM but later gets killed by Itachi and Sasuke who just killed Orochimaru and Tsunade without a sweat.
