Yes it will but you and I both knows he dodge Sasuke while he was trying to use his teleporation speed tech. Basically, he still dodge him. He does not need help from tobi. Remember he was trying to first fight Sasuke on the ground. This is 3vs1 he is moving up to the air once he sees a former Atsuki. Deidara is far from slow he is no Hidan.

You talk about Tsunade jumping skills, okay cool. But like you say it starts of someone rushing him and he dodges. He is summoning his bird because he is already on the defensive. But lets see who is the fastest to try to rush him?
That would be Oro. So right now in this scenario Tsunade is already far back.
Now she is jumping and his bird is already summon. That is a distance my friend and she would need to get closer.
By that time his bird is speeding off. She is not that fast further seen with Deidara vs Onoki fight

Lastly, he was never beaten he was trapped. Sai is a air fighter himself and all Kankuro could do was trap him either futher. If you want to debate A Deidara vs sai and Kankuro battle we can, but they are not winning.
Also Deidara beat (actually beat) Gaara, who Kankuro was scared of... There is your a,b,c logic for that simple answer you gave me.

Lastly, all his techs are deadly. Which one is not? Anything that explodes is deadly

Tsunade has been impaled by TWO giant swords through her spine, cut in two and had her heart muscles ripped.

All of those would kill a normal person ( instantly, too ), which means Byakugou:

1. Healed the spine's cells so fast that Tsunade was not impaired by the giant swords at all. Her spine was instantly healed as soon as the swords impaled her that she could fight as if she was not hurt at all. Normall, having your spine impaled like that would lead to you being crippled or dying.

2. Her being cut in two- that's self explanatory. Byakugou somehow had such an action that even when it ended she could still survive while cut in two and summon Katsuyu.

3. Heart muscles- if your heart's muscles got sliced you'd be on the ground in seconds. She was able to keep fighting and heal herself.

my point is that Byakugou heals so fast that it could virtually counter the cell destroying effect of Deidara.

Furthermore, Tsunade can send electrical impulses through her body which would kill C4 cells, nonetheless.

1) The previous is just too hypothetical, too creative and fan-fiction not supported by anything.

2) They are not wining? They already did... , Deidara jutsu is just too slow to fight multiple enemy's he cannot risk himself to use some of his most powerful jutsus when there are more than one Shinobi trying to cut his head off... that's why he didn't use C3, or C4 in that battle, remember he has total control of his Edo-body...

He was trapped indeed, that's a way for someone to be defeated, the "Intelligence" stat in the databook is not there for nothing... Tsuande is smarter than Deidara (Databook 3), so she can develop a strategy to trap him too... Techniques are not the only important thing in a fight (Shikamaru quotes).
Shikamaru exploit his intel against Tayuya and Temari, Sakura did the same in the Sasori fight...

3) Gaara was beaten because he was trying to protect his village, Diedara has the advantage there, are you serious?? And you said my response was poor. How is Deidara doing against the full power of the Shukaku, or with a Gaara fighting without boundaries of his jutsu, not worrying about destroying his village...

4) Those deadly clay explosions can be neutralized by Tsunade....
