Anyway, i guide myself from facts, and the facts are that Tsunade is smarter, has a one-hit-ko, and however Deidara moves are faster, his techniques aren't, he need to mold clay first, and that takes a while, a while that becomes vital in a battle with the Godaime Hokage.

Kid, I don't have a "Game". And again A > B > C logic doesn't work. Rank is of no importance, NONE. She's not going to stop him and ground him once he is flying, or dodge his blitz bombs at all.

Her databook stats and his don't affect the fight at all. Deidara doesn't use strength, intelligence doesn't matter, and he doesn't use taijutsu. Having more points in it doesn't matter. Even if she had more points in ninjutsu it wouldn't matter.
