With manga knowledge, A would know of Tsunade's regeneration and ability to replenish the Sannin's chakra. Thus he would target her first and behead her, which is a small issue thanks to Raiton Armor and Raiton Chop. With her gone things go downhill for Oro and Jiraiya very quickly, as Bee could just go full Bijuu mode, use whirlwind and then nuke them off the planet with Bijuu Bomb (heck, he could do that at the start if he wanted). Or he and A could go the slightly longer route of double Lariating Jiraiya then crushing Oro. Yomi Numa is not working on A at all due to his Armor, whereas Bee counters it quite easily with a Raiton of his own, and none of the Sannin's attacks are fast enough to catch A or V2 Bee. They take this handily.

Both Jiraiya and Orochimaru are no strangers to fighting Bijuu. By jiraiya summoning ma & pa and allowing them to summon Gamabunta, Gamahiro, and Gamaiken it allows them more then enough senjutsu power to restrain Gyuuki.

There is no damage that Ay could deliver to any of the sannin that Katsuyu couldn't heal the sannin from. They can easily come up with a plan to capture and/or seal the Raikage.

8-tails whirlwind is also a good way to repel off the summonings seeing how 3 of them were one-shotted by devas ST

If I remember correctly Gamabunta alone was able to control Shukaku (1-tail) so 3 summonings are more than enough with Hachibi.
Also the swamp is available for the Hachibi.

After Killer bee is done by Jiraiya and Tsunade There isn't much A can do on his own cause the attacks won't affect on Orochimaru and Tsunade can heal Jiraiya and herself. And I think Jiraiyas reactions are good enough for dodging in the Sagemode,(In this scenario Sannins take this with mid/high-diff) but in the version without Sagemode (in the base mode) I think AB-combo could take this easily. with mid-diff.

on top of the fact that shukaku has shown no use of TBBs, and didnt use it in that fight even if it could,
not to mention that Perfect Jins > Bijuu,, therefore Hachibi with Bee would fire TBBs and nuke the summons off the planet,,,, seeing how it only took this to one-shot them,

Swamp of the underworld is negated by the raiton affinities of A&B, not to mention that it wnt restrain the hachibi well enough to prevent it from firing a TBB,, seeing how TBBs can be fired off rather quickly by it,
one TBB would be enough to kill any of the sannin

--@Bold - Lolll,, Killer Bee is never getting taken out by Jiraiay and Tsunade, his DC is far too much for them to handle, regardless of jiraiyas SM or tsuandes byakugou

--Tsunades healing is useless if A can behead her, or the duo can behead her with Double Lariat, on top of the fact thhat tsunade is never reacting to A in V2, and wont land a hit on him due to his speed, meaning that she is getting ragdolled by him regardless of her healing

--Jiraiyas reactions are not good enough in SM to react to V2 A, especially when his speed decived sharingan precog,
Naruto who is a perfect sage unlike jiraiya and has better sensing feats and reflexes was outright blitzed by blind madaras speed,, the same guy who is slower than V2 A,, this means that Jiraiya is getting blitzed,

As much as I hate to admit it, AB combo takes this high diff. And interesting about the food cart destroyer technique when Bee goes full Bijuu. I think that's what would make it high diff.
