Byakougou Tsunade, SM Jiraiya, and Eight Branches Oro, Frog Summons, Katsuya, and Manda.
Tsunade's healing abilities are unrivaled. She has an extensive knowledge of poisons and the human body. She's able to use chakra scapels. She's able to short circuit the nervous system. She is the strongest character to date physically (broke through Susanoo and lifted Gamabunta's sword). Her regeneration was rivaled only by edo-tensei's and Hashirama. In addition she's quickish and dextrous. And she has huge chakra reserves due to her being both Senju and Uzumaki. and being an Uzumaki her she is harder to kill. (Kushina after Kurama's extraction from her body). She tanked an attack to her lungs from Kabuto which he said would have stopped any normal person from breathing but she was still fighting.She tanked the Sword of Kusunagi, the Totsuka Sword, Kabuto's attacks, Heavenly Transfer Technique, and Yasaka Magatama.
As far as Oro I'm not expert but a quick edo-tensei spam, several snake jutsus. Like I'm said I'm not very knowledgeable of him Tsunade and Jiraiya are my strong suits. But he tanked a Tsunade punch.... so yeah.

kages are inflexible IMO whereas sannin have been shown in battle more and are more versatile.
onokis best hope is golems for defence and jinton for offence. oro can turn his lower half into a snake, giving him alot more speed, same with jiraiya's sm.
however jiraiya can get near onoki via gamabunta jumping, and then he can fire toad oil flame bullet, or raging lions mane
oro handles A by tiring him out with edos. team 1 cant seal them unless onoki makes them weigh a ton. plus he can heal from anything A throws at him
katsuyu splits apart if hit by mei's attack, and can restrain mei with her size. so tsunade can punch meis head off

I would give the fight to the Sannin but Oonoki here is the real problem.

Sannin win this. With Orochimaru on their side, Tsunade healing them with Katsuyu, and Jiraiya being the main shinobi on Team Sannin, this wouldn't be a hard battle for them, maybe except for Oonoki.

Tsunade has stronger punches/kicks than A. She could buy them a lot of time while healing with Katsuyu in dangerous cases. Jiraiya would be able to turn Sage Mode and that's when everything would end.
