(everyone is in their prime, raikage has his left arm, oro isn't sick, etc.)
AT the valley of the end, all techniques (summonings for sannin and BM for killer bee) except no edo tensei for oro

I've been thinking about who would win but i can't decide i think its a very even match up

Tsunade wouldn't attack first as we've clearly seen. She would stay back to heal them. And in terms of power Raikage is fairly weak alone. I mean when he had both his arm he still used the same strategy... Hulk Smash... (Lariat counts as Hulk smash)And to have an arsenal smaller than Tsunade says something. Bee hasn't been very impressive in this war. Against sasuke he murdered thrice. But is that enough to take out Sage Mode Jiraiya, Eight Branches Oro, and Byakougou Tsunade. Not to mention if anyone gets caught with Body Pathway Derangement its over. Then we have to consider the summons Manda, Katsuya, and Gamabunta and the various other snakes, slugs, and frogs

Tsunade's tits would beat them with no difficulty
but seriously...
The AB combo would beat the Sannin with high difficulty... All of them are almost equal on super human strength except oro, but at the same time A and B are super fast, which cannot really be stopped... Then when it comes down to it the three have not proven to be able to take down a Bijuu especially the second strongest one

The Snnin have sealing techs but the bros are really fast, depends on who attacks first.
