Sannin vs 6 Paths of Pain

Location: Jiraiya's final stand, Amegakure
Conditions: All six pains are standing directly across from the Sannin about 30 meters away. Jiraiya starts in base. Orochimaru has both arms, and is allowed to use Part 1 Edos (these Edos do not regenerate).
Intel: Sannin have intel on the Preta path, Animal Path, and Naraka path. Pain knows most things about Jiraiya because he was his sensei and Orochimaru because he was in Akatsuki.
Restrictions: Oro's Part II Edos. No massive Shinra Tensei's or Chibaku Tensei because Pain doesn't want to destroy his own village. Gedo Mazou restricted.

Bonus Round:

Oro's edos do regenerate, but Pain gets Konan added to his team because she can seal them with paper tags.

Pain 1 shotted Jiraiya's summonings. Assuming the sannin will summon at the start of the fight. Deva will take them down with ease.

Same case with Manda, he gets 1 shotted. The pains will then proceed to **** base Jiraiya and Orochimaru.


If Pain bansho tennins Tsunade, then Tsunade kills Deva while using mitotic regen, she gets her soul ripped out.

Pain 1 shotted Jiraiya's summonings. Assuming the sannin will summon at the start of the fight. Deva will take them down with ease.

Tsunade can tank a Shinra Tensei. She already tanked a village buster even without Byakogou. Orochimaru can tank it as well, the guy literally survived being bisected. If Jiraiya is in SM he can tank it easily since SM increases durability. If not, Katsuyu wraps around his body and absorbs the blow. Don't forget Deva Path can't make large ST's because it's in his home village.

The edo hokages will get their souls ripped within a minute after pain discovers they're immortal. I just don't see Orochimaru, Tsunade, and Base Jiraiya taking this w/o their summonings. Let alone Tsunade and Oro buying time for Jiraiya, I mean hell Jiraiya's frog struggled to buy time against animal path.

The Shinra Tensei he used against the frogs is even larger than the one that destroyed Konoha. This one just didn't affect Deva Pain that much since there were only three boss frogs to push out of the way, unlike an entire village.

Good point, didn't realize it was that massive. Granted he did push Gamabunta out of the village...i'll cede my point on that then.

Animal path can still counter the sannin's summonings with Cerberus (which was able to take on all 3 frogs, thanks to Naruto defeating animal path they were spared), + the ram + the bird coming from the sky can overwhelm. The sannin will know they have to take out animal path.

The chameleon can be used to hide Deva/animal path.

Deva w/ chameleon can bansho tennin snipe Jman, and stab him taking him out before he can enter sage mode. I'll bring up Tsunade again, the same instance can happen where he snipes her. Tsunade can then punch him killing Deva, but then the soul ripping pain will kill Tsunade...Katsuyu will then be trying to heal Jman and Tsunade rapidly.

Leaving Orochimaru to deal with 5 other pains + animal path's summonings now that the frogs have disappeared. Orochimaru gets his soul ripped.

Jiraiya can use Food Cart Destroyer to take care of Cerberus. Manda, some boss snakes, and some Boss summons on Jiraiya's part is enough to take care of the other animals. Chamaleon can be sensed by Jiraiya with his sensing barrier. One punch from Tsunade ends an animal's life.

Jman protects himself with his Needle Jizo and at the same time uses offensive hair techniques like Raging Lion's Mane or Kebari Senbon if he get Bansho Tenin. Bansho tenin actually helps Tsunade, since it allows her to enter close combat and punch him before he can rip her soul out. If Deva tries to BT Orochimaru, Orochimaru extends his neck far away as he is getting dragged in, then does an oral rebirth from far away.

Human path is so weak, it can literally get killed by a rasengan or a kunai. Oro can strangle it with his tongue, or Jman could nail him with a katon or a hair technique. All 3 sannin are difficult to kill. Plus Tsunade is constantly healing everyone through Katsuyu..

Agree with beansandcornbread2 - Jiraiya alone was able to be a major nuisance to Pain - and this was without prior knowledge.
Add in the Sannin's intel on Pain, Oro's durability / summons and Tsunade's healing utility - and they overwhelm Pain in the long run.
