Naruto has no prep time. Meaning he doesn't have 2 clones as back up, nor does he have the toads fighting with him since summon is restricted on his team.

Sasuke and his susanno gets drowned in dark swamp while frs and arrows get blocked casually by rushomon.

Hashirama deals with everyone bar Obito and Itachi ( considering they are from Konoha so he can't attack them ). Him and the rest of the kages can't attack the Akatsuki, but they can still protect the Sannin ( S/T barrier, FTG, etc ). Eventually Itachi and Obito gets outlasted.

He doesn't have to control him. Hashirama is Tsunade's grandfather and Hiruzen's teacher. He would protect them no matter what happens. The same can be told about the other Hokages.
