Uchiha bros take them out. Tsunade becomes a non factor against either MS Sasuke or MS Itachi. Orochimaru and Jiraiya can't beat either Sasuke or Itachi. Sasuke and Itachi have too much in terms of offence and defence for the Sannin to handle. Their genjutsu can also mess up summoning collaborations.
