We get to see them grow as a team. We'll get to see prime hiruzen. The ninja war. Great fights and the sannin taking on the own disciples like Jiraiya and minato, or orochimaru and anko. Thoughts

i think we will see something from the prime hiruzen when the manga focuses on him (when it's his turn to showoff his power, like all of the hokage's and their flashbacks). but i agree, a sannin's flashback/seeing them grow would be awesome.

Read the story of Jirayah the Gallant, and imagine them are there counterparts, that is how it would turn out.

I agree. It would really be redundant. If I were to see a Naruto spinoff, I want to see one of either Akatsuki or the Founders of the Leaf.
