But it's hard to discuss Hancock's power because normally she should be able to beat everyone except luffy or homosexuals

DJ is more effective in dealing damage, PF ignores durability so I'll take that over DJ.

Aside from her DF abilities, Boa has mastered Haki. I'd say her kicks are both - more powerful and effective. They just don't look as flashy as Sanji's DB.

until sanji demonstrates haki i'd have to go with the PF, but if sanji did infact learn haki in the 2 years DJ would be more powerful and effective

This rite here It gives the impression that Sanji's DJ is stronger. It has gotten much stronger now though so I think it packs a more solid punch then PF in terms of strength.

Nope PF is stronger ,It can hit even logia users and it can convert even their part of their body to stone .Sanji's DJ has no means to counteract a logia user .
You need to analyze every aspect of PF and DJ .Powerful doesn't mean attack in terms of strength alone or the area wise damage it can deliver

All he said was DJ was better in terms of strength and it is. Doesn't matter if he can his Logia type users or not, in terms of strength its greater.

she managed to hit logias only because of haki... If sanji was to use haki too..he can smash them too...
On comparison, i would say sanji's dj is more powerful and effective...it only lacks haki component(maybe, not anymore) ...reason- dj is sanji ace move...not to mention his all moves are based on kicks..but pf is just normal(strong but not strongest)...moves of boa...his main ability is stone converting thing...either by pf or slave arrow...
