its horrible o_o sorry but you said no sugarcoating, its like you just splatter a whole bunch of stuff, but for your second attempt i guess is good, try some tutorials and giving it your own style keep them coming and good luck +rep

To be honest they are bad. They colors don't really blend and it kind of looks like you just threw random brushes on it. If you want to find good matching colors take a color spectrum circle and find colors opposite of each other on the circle and those usually match.

The blue line is awkward, and everything doesn't really seem to work. Don't be discouraged though! Try looking at some Tutorials to improve your skills

The rain doesnt really work well with the pic in my opinion but good effort, watch some tutorials and learn some new skills use them and make it your own style =] nice effort thought
