Sanji and Smoker are pretty even, but at the end of the day, I think Smoker takes it.
Pple have been on Rinne's case but he has a point actually Ace vs Smoker had no victor and it wasnt coz Ace wasnt serius about the fight. their abilities withought haki wld give them a loop battle thats only destructive to the enviroment and a winner wld b there in the event one of them makes a mistakes or one tires out and can't counter attacks from the other. this manga fact that states fire> smoke is in the measure of destructive capacity pple and Df's are not the stereotypical manga powers they have different rule in some cases. Ace was stronger than Smoker but cldnt effectively attack/strike/hit/hurt Smoker and Smoker cldn't choke(smoke is usually carbondioxide and it snuffs fire out coz of lack of oxygen) Ace's fire for him to effectively attack so it was to some extent a tie(their offences were rendered 99% redudant)- Its actually manga fact that when yo attacks are useless u are loosing, then add some simple math when both opponents are loosing then its a tie.
