Like what? Amaterasu cannot me blocked because in order for him to block it he has to do it before she does Amaterasu which he can't because that would be breaking the time frame rule which will result in his loss anyway

If you are looking at her eyes, you could. You see the flames forming in her eyes, then you either seal the flames or dodge them, since you can't put then out. Just trust me.

that's what I mened, it says it cannot be blocked so that is given, but nothing about evading it.
And since he is looking just a little bit lower it is still possible to see it pretty clearly.
If it is according to manga/anime it is not instant but instead it rather travels at high speeds.

You could also put something in between your sight and your enemy's sight. So the fire will be cast on that.
