What I see happening is it being a very small clash,Sanji will impress Doffy and then Doffy will snicker and use this DF to force Sanji to attack Nami and the others.His first target will more then likely be Nami and for the first time Brook/Chopper will save her.Then once he beats them he will once again go and attack Nami but then with his "will" he will be able to stop himself and go into a hot rage breaking the string and landing a hit on Doffy.Doffy laughs and then beats him up before the other SH's rescue him and escape on the shit or w/e

Law will try and save him but Fujitora will stop him and probably just let it play out without rly trying to take down Law.

in all fairness I think with prediction haki I think as a physical fighter he has a better chance at trading some blows then Law was able too.

DD is a bit too much....but Sanji is strong....he is part of the monster trio after all.....With law joining him...it should be enough to push DD.....as long as fujitora stays away from the fight that should be more than enough....fujitora's involvement would change the balance of things heavily in DD's favor..
