Since Capone is on big mom's ship what hope do they really have. Sanji is strong but not strong enough to take on any of the supernovas and probably never will be. Capone said he is going to get ceaser so sanji is screwed.

This exactly.
The Supernovas were categorized by bounty and not power (at least not directly).
after 2 years of intense training, He should be able to beat the lower supernovas of which Capone is one.

Capone's main threat is that shrinking barrier around his body. If Sanji tires to strike him, his kick will shrink and lose its power, leaving Sanji wide open for a bullet or cannonball. Capone is a semi-bad match up for close range fighters.
Sanji can't beat any of the supernovas. I know this is based off bounties but it would be stupid of oda to make sanji stronger. To think sanji could be stronger is also ridiculous.

Yub, that's what hell I thought. Now stop throwing out dumb statements and read the manga carefully. Supernova aren't the strongest pirates of their generation, it's just that their bounties are high and thus are more dangerous to the WG.
