Well he has been running 4 2 years non stop and running trains every muscle mainly legs but still every also he's great with his hands as he is very precise when cutting with knifes or swords

And every time he's competing with Zoro on who can catch bigger beast he obviously carries it back to ship

Not really, imo he would be stronger focusing all of his training onto legs. Naturally he should work on his strengths.

Probably but i doubt he'll ever actually do it. I think it would be cool for Sanji to coat his arms with Haki and do something with them. I mean if his arms are laced with Haki the chances of them getting injured would be prettylow right?
