I predict that Sanji is a female to male transsexual. Oda has hinted it many times.
1. Note how Sanji and his sister are the only ones who arent evil among their siblings. I believe the antidote that Sanji's mother took was only able to effect her female children due to some reason.
2. When Sanji was little he acted in a feminine way being cowardly and too gentle unlike his brothers.
3 Sanji was teleported to Okama's a group of transsexuals perhaps due to him being one himself.
4 sanji tries to act too macho almost as if he has no **** which he would not because he is actually female
5 he has been reduced to a damsel in distress a role almost always portrayed by females
6 he cooks food something that women traditionally do
7 sanji never hits a woman maybe because he is one himself
8 he has extreme low self esteem, a thing which most trans ppl have due to not being accepted
9 he cries and complains too much lately, maybe its his time of the month?
