There was a lot more at stake for Sanji, and to find out his only ray of hope turned out evil and being betrayed by Big Mam when she said she wouldn't harm anyone dear to him was all a lie, obviously he would feel frustrated and full of sorry after hearing all this and that trusting Big Mam was a mistake.

Nah. He's only cried like, in two arcs. Franky and Brook burst into tears a lot. Sanji, Luffy, and Usopp all have cried at pretty much the same amount

No, only second to Zoro in the crew in that department, the rest have all cried consistently in serious moments.
