and then He will get beat down by a yonko to near death to where brook nami and chopper will save him and then run like hell after big mom's ship is destroyed and she cant follow them.

that's why i believe to save team sunny, Sanji will get to fight with Big Mom crew (not big mom herself) and before it gets to a degree of lethal damage the fight would get interrupted ! either bay LOLA (if she is actually big mom's daughter) or by the Kid-Hawkins-Apoo alliance !

in that way , Sanji would first save the sunny team from death by fighting big mom's crew and shows his development results , and also he would receive a badass battle scar !

although I can't think of the scar that is suitable for him !! first i thought that it would be Epic if he loses a leg , but no , that's too much !
