3rd Raikage has years of experience +Lightning armor and the toughest body in the show. We cannot judge the Raikage's analyst ability because he was a mindless controlled edo. Madara can read movements but his body won't keep up(see Rock Lee vs Sasuke) EMS Madara doesn't have meteors, that's a rinnegan ability even then the 3rd Raikage could probably cut through that too.

People seem to under estimate MS until kishi shows some crazy MS technique like perfect susanoo.I think we've seen enough MS jutsu to realize just how powerful the MS is and probably is not limited to these jutsu as seen that users develop different jutsu (mind conrolling doujustu,space-time justu,blaze release)plus any uchiha can use any MS jutsu since sasuke copied the MS techniques he saw itach use.Madara is a master of the MS fighting 3rd raikage would be like a pimp beating up ho.

3rd Raikage didnt have speed like 4th Raikage. If a Sagemode Naruto can dodge the 3rd Raikage punch, so can EMS Madara. All Raikage had going for him is his ultimate defense and his hell stab lightning blade. Madara can easily dodge 3rd Raikage, and put him in genjutsu, or use his fan to reflect the raikage attacks. What can Raikge do to defeat perfect susanoo?
