Looks: The sandaime kazekage is a man of a tall stature and medium build. His blue hair is kept in long bangs that frame his face and in a sophisticated ponytail at the back. He dawns the well known attire of within the sand village. The kazekage's eyes shine bright yellow with a very commanding look being instated.
Personality: The kazekage was known as a caring leader of a powerful nation. Ruling with absolute authority but caring for his people and going out of his way to ensure their safety. He is a man of i deals and great seriousness, handling matters at hand with great swiftness and a precise demeanor. He did what was needed to be done and was greatful for what he had, it was for this that the villagers adored him.
Much of this changed in battle however where he was renown as his moniker the The strongest weapon. He cared not for his opponents in anyway and treated the mission a priority over all else. although heartless in these situations, he kept his composure which allowed him the talents he is known for to this very day.

Background Info.
History: From a very small age the kazekage was called a child prodigy. His skills were known throughout the village and his unique ability to turn his chakra into magnetic forces grew his fame further. He tirelessly took on mission after mission for the village to ensure it's safety and as he grew older this only increased. Along with it increased his knowledge, experience and skills. One day his contributions were deemed so great that he was nominated for the position of kazekage and being the strongest member among the sand and a figure well known he was swiftly picked for the role. During his time as kazekage he witnessed the transfer of the one tailed bast from jinchuriki to jinchuriki, and based on their power to manipulate the sand he researched this ability. Later he had found a way to mimick this sand manipulation using his own chakra. This became known as the iron sand technique and was feared throughout the village as the strongest weapon. Along with the weapon it's wielder the sandaime became known as the strongest kazekage in the history of suna.
OtherElemental Speciality: The kazekage was born with an affinity for the earth element, as such he practiced often and used it practically day to day. Through the years this awarded him with being able to cast any earth jutsu with a single handseal. A secondary element he learned and mastered was lightning and through years of use and practice he memorized the handseals well casting them was like a reflex as such all lightning jutsu are done with fast handseals.
Iron Sand: Being the creator and sole user of this technique the kazekage has great mastery of the iron sand. As the iron is propelled with magnetic forces rather than human hands it's speed is slightly faster than a simple thrown shuriken.
Weapons: The kazekage alaways carrys with him his prized iron sand for use in combat. It is kept in his shoe's , clothing pockets and in his sleeve's the iron sand is extremely light for him and under these situations he moves with extreme swiftness although he is carrying it with him. The kazekage also has a medium sized box on his his waist that carry's additional iron sand incase he doesnt bring any from underground. The kazekage also carries with him several kunai shuriken flashbangs smoke bombs strings and paper bombs.
