The Third Kazekage is a calm, collected, and solitary person, who is quite mysterious. He possesses a high level of intelligence as seen when he recreated/mimicked the One-Tailed Shukaku's sand-manipulating powers by combining his own magnetic chakra and iron powder, which produced the Iron Sand techniques he is famous for. It was for this very ability that he was noted as the strongest Kazekage in the entire history of Sunagakure.
