Okay, old subject but still...
If Uchiha Madara can destroy mountains and do the things he does on the manga, and Hashirama beat him, how the hell Sandaime Hokage beat Hashirama and his younger brother (Nidaime Hokage) when used in Orochimaru's EDO tensei?? kinda of a unrealistic battle if given some thought wasn't it?

they were stripped of their minds and personalities. They werent as effective as when they were alive,they couldnt rcognize any technique and as such their bodies couldnt respond accordingly,which is why kabuto allowed his edo's to have their personalities,so that they can form strategies and act smart in battle.hiruzen beat them oth bcos they were mindless and as such couldnt use their powers well. OT however,id say oro wins,his immortality like abulities and his various forbidden techs will prove too much.

simple. hashiramas overrated. even without his personality he should still retain all the power of his techniques like third raikage and nagato did. oro is not an idiot at battle strategy. he can use even puppets well.

It's all because the plot needs to move forward and if Hashirama killed Hiruzen, the village would most likely be destroyed. Kishi did not want this as it would ruin the whole story so to make things even, he had Hiruzen kill himself to save the village.
