So 4th Kazekage, Sasori, Gaara, and Shukaku in a desert location....? They clear it. Only rounds I see debatable are 9 and 10.

I'd say they stop at 9 because either Kakashi or Sasuke can take control over Shukaku via MS genjutsu, and then susanoo arrows,kamui snipes,cho rasenshurikens and TBB would be too much to the sand team to deal with.
