Sand Siblings vs. Team Konoha [:Discussion]

Area: Current Battlefield - so no situational advantages, and limitless space.
No emotional cards in play, so both sides want to destroy eachother as much as the other.
Also don't take "rank" into hand either, Kage+ 2 Jonin vs. Jonin + 2 Chunin clearly doesn't mean best rank wins in this case, I think it's fairly balanced, but prove otherwise if you think so.

Team Konoha:
Neji
Shino
Shikamaru


Just thought I'd make a more "varied" vs. topic irrelevant of whether it has been done before etc. , discuss, criticise etc. who would win.

this is a very good one, i must give it to siblings as no one from those 3 from team konoha can beat gaara, without gaara it would be easy for team konoha, as shino did once defeat kankura and same for shikamaru with temari

Yeah, but that was in the past, they haven't met at present Remember Kankuro now has the Scorpion puppet, since Sasori destroyed his other 3.

As well as this, I reckon Shino could have a chance of defeating Gaara - if he gets his bugs in Gaara's sand like Deidara did, I'm not going to input much though, since I prefer others to discuss my topics xd

Well Gaara is an upcoming Hakekage, and the highest on konoha team is a new Jounin. I know rank means nothing since a Gennin saved the entire village, but Gaara's def if far better than Neji's 64 palm spin thing, Shika and Temari are terribly smart, but if Temari learned anything from the last battle, she wont give shikamru time to think of a fool proof strategy to defeat them. I say it would be a tie for those 2. I really want to see a sparring battle between Shino and Kankuro, Kankuro is now a legendary puppeteer since apparently he is better than Sasori, and Shino... well he hasnt lost a battle on screen or in the manga yet. As far as who wins? I have to go with Suna Siblings beccause they've been a team since they were introduced.

What I've been thinking about is, what if Shino fought Gaara? I think it would be an interesting fight, and imagine if he managed to get his bugs into Gaara's sand? Like Deidara did against him with the clay, it could be an interesting outcome to the battle.

that would be interesting actually Shino doing anything is interesting xd, but if worse comes to worse and they do need to regroup and work as a team (for both sides) rather than 1v1 then I believe Suna will win.

Neji would have to fight Temari in order for Team Konoha to win. He can fight her because he has air palm and rotation. Shikamaru can beat kankuro, he ten times the strategist Kankuro is. Shino would drain Gaara of all his chakra with his Bug Sphere.

This^, but even though he is an insane strategist, how would Shikamaru faze against Scorpion? It is a pretty lethal puppet.

What if Shino gets his bugs into his sand, and uses his Bug Sphere to drain all of Gaara's chakra? Remember when Deidara got his clay into Gaara's sand? Same principle here.
