Sand and mist are the two weakest villages

Gaara the kazekage was defeated by one akatsuki and no one if the village together wasnt strong enough to take out two akatsuki members .Orchimaru also killed their previous kazekage low diff and ran they village for a while. The mist is weak their kage mei is the weakest kage and weaker than alot of jonins in the leaf, earth and cloud village . Also they were controlled and run by obito who controlled their previous kage in the mist .

Sasuke213, don't forget that Gaara had to fight Deidara while protecting the village from Deidara's bombs. Remember when Deidara dropped a huge bomb on the village and Gaara had to use all his sand to protect the village from the explosion? While all of his sands were protecting the village, Gaara was vulnerable. That was when Deidara attacked Gaara. Therefore, I wouldn't consider Gaara that weak..
