Personality | 性格 Katsumoto is a greatly respected man among the Samurais. He is know for his Pious and noble attitude towards his fellow comrades. Katsumoto is a type of person who thinks that even his enemy should have a noble death. Katsumoto is a Loving and caring person, He treats his fellow comrades and the other children around him with utmost care and would lay his life in the line in order to protect them. Katsumoto holds the Principles and the ways of samurai above everything else. He thinks that one shall attain Nirvana if and only if one sticks to the path of the god.Katsumoto Drinks alcohol on certain occasions but he often use to carry a small vial of strong alcohol to help him with his Drunken fist. Katsumoto whenever visits the any village or any other nation, He helps people to understand the Principle and ideals of the God and those of the Samurai. This character of him has earned a lot of respect for him among the Land of Iron and among the five great nations. Even though Katsumoto is seemed to be a workaholic person, He is very fun loving person during the off duty and off training times. He used to spend the free time with his friends and comrades, entertaining them. Katsumoto is strongly against Treachery and consider that, a Traitor to be the worst enemy of all. His Father was one of the most renowned Samurai of his time. Inspired from his father, Katsumoto wanted to become a Samurai from an early age. He started to practice and Train in the arts of the sword. When he was around the age of 10, The Land of Iron was attacks by the neighboring nations and many samurais lost their life in that war. Katsomoto fought along side with his father in the war. During the final battle, In order to protect Katsumoto, His father too a sword in his chest and killed the attackers to save Katsumoto. Anger sicken Katsumoto was stopped by his father and he asked Katsumoto " Have you found your way of the sword?". Asking that question, Katsumoto's father passed away in the hands of his son. That question puzzled katsumoto and he began his quest to search for the "way of the sword" and find the true peace. Katsumoto returned to Land of Iron and started to Train vigorously in the Art of swords and became a master of Kenjutsu. Katsumoto at the age of 25 started to go on the journey to the five great nations in order to find his way of sword. On his Journey to the Village hidden in the Cloud, He came across his old friend Better who was the Raikage of the Village. The exchanged pleasures and Better wanted him to come along with him to Kumogakure. Katsumoto after a few days in Kumogakure was amazed by the unique style of handling the swords by the shinobi of kumogakure and was impressed by it. He requested Better weather would he teach him the cloud way of sword. He accepted his Request and started teaching him the Cloud style Kenjutsu. Time passed by and Ciberr became the Raikage of Kumo. Katsumoto was in good terms with Ciberr but he wanted some change of place just for a time being. He left kumo for a year long journey and set out to the land of Iron, His birthplace. Nostalgia hit him hard. His home, his paddy field, his father's katana etc etc. Everything didn't change at all. The snow, wolves, Guards everyone welcomed Katsumoto. After spending some time in the land of Iron, Katsumoto returned to Kumogakure. On his journey back to Kumo, He was informed about Ciberr resigning his position and Daemon taking up the position of Godaime Raikage. Katsumoto was happy that an one of the elite elder of the village has taken up the position. Once he returned to Kumogakure, he met very many Sword enthusiasts among the villagers. Noteworthy ones were Anbu Junior and Bcity. Katsumoto and Anbu trained together in order to sharpen and archive mastery over Kenjutsu field. . Pictures : Present in the Background Info.
