Alright as a samurai I don't expect you to have much cognitive function, luckily leg weights are simple and they even write the seals for you since samurai are mostly illiterate. With that said to the best of your verbal ability, what are leg weights and how do they work.

These are exceptionally heavy weights strapped to the legs that serve to double your running speed and increase the power of your leg-based attacks. This happens by wearing the weights for a period of time until one grows enough to move at the regular speed, and once the weight is removed you can a burst of speed and kicking power. This speed increase only applies when running, meaning that all your attacks happen at your base movement speed.

Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a varying boost to his running speed and to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
Note: This can be used for either canon Leg Weights technique.

You bend down to unstrap the weights from your legs and drop them to the ground. As a result of releasing them you gain an increase to your running speed and kick related physical attacks

Very true, I don't have much to add even a rock brained samurai can figure these out, so congratulations on completing your training, careful you don't trip over.

Yeah that sounds about right, you have now mastered dropping leg weights
