It's good. It might be hyped but I feel it lives up to it.

they reached their goal and then went on with their lives i don't get how thats not satisfying?

just cause it wasn't a drawn out show like most animes I'm sure you watch where they just keep hashing out villains and dumb new goals doesn't mean it wasn't a great ending.

they accomplished what they set out to do and in the process each one of them overcame some sort of internal trauma and left as a better person and better fighters

if you don't get why it was bad theres no point explaining it to you because you should be able to tell just by watching it.
