So, I'm looking for a new phone since my old one keeps on randomly restarting, which is highly annoying. Now I have been looking around and with in my budget, the Galaxy Ace and the One V look the best to me, but to be honest, I don't know a lot about phones, I just use mine for texting>.<

Does anyone have one of these phones and could tell me what they like about it, what not etc??

Thanks!

Why Galaxy Ace 1 when Ace 2 is the same price as HTC One V?

buy Galaxy Ace 2. I had been using HtC One V for 5 months. At first the phone is ok but a fews days later yellow spots appeared on screen. The call quality was also poor with hiccups in sound. The biggest problem that I faced with it was that it starts to stuck in every day use. The Htc Sense User Interface is very very very heavy for a 1ghz processor with only 1 core. Please believe, i don't want anyone else going through what i went through. I am a real life user of this phone and believe me it sucks. If you want a phone for just texting , believe me this phone won't serve you right. After a few days the phone starts to lag in opening day to day simple apps such as phone app or sms app. Overall the phone is beautiful and sexy but the problem is that the user interface is too heavy for it because it only has a 1ghz single core processor. The i recommend to you Galaxy Ace 2 is that Samsung has kept the UI simple so it will not stuck in day to day basic apps + it has a dual core processor. I know the UI on Samsung is not very beautiful (especially touch wiz UI before the Nature UX UI) but still you can download custom launchers from the market.

P.s : you will be an idiot to not listen to my advice because Im a person who has used this phone already (htc one v) and i won't never ever recommend it to any other person.

P.p.s : i already got rid of One v and i'm happy as a cow.

If you're looking for a good phone around that price tag, then I would recommend the HTC 8S, HTC desire X or the Sony Xperia J. I'm not saying you should choose one of these, but it gives you an extended variety of options to choose from.

If you really only use your phone for texting, wouldn't it be cheaper to find something even older then those?
