Samsung being Hippocrits ?

Samsung bashed Apple for keeping a similar design changing only a few things on the hardware side.
I see this with the s4 and s3. Dont get me wrong i am not an apple fan-boy android ftw.
They did make more changes than apple did but they bashed em for keeping a similar design
So are they being Hippocrits?

I will stress again before i get bashed.. I do see they made more changes then apple but still they are following the same idea that they bashed apple for.

It's not that Samsung stole it, look at all of the smart phones. new blackberry, HTC, NOKIA etc.. Apple is just butt hurt.. and one of the reasons I'm no longer apple client after being ''probably'' one of the oldest on this forum .. who had Iphone 1? seriously? i did.. but did you?
