So as we know Nagato used the Samsara Of Heavenly Life Technique to bring the dead villagers back to life, Madara wished nagato to use it on him but he didn't get the chance.
What I'm asking is could he use it on someones who's soul is sealed, such as Minato, or the Third Hokage?
